Shipping: We ship using Jersey Post & Royal Mail. We offer Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery. 

 Recorded and signed for: This can take up to 10 working days (meaning only trackable when signed for upon Delivery); however, under “normal” conditions, we expect deliveries to take 3-5 days.

Special Delivery: This is usually the fastest (2-3 days) and safest. Tracked all the way so you can see where your parcel is anytime on its journey.

 VAT 20% will be automatically added at checkout to purchases delivered to the UK. We pay this amount to our local post office to prevent your parcel from getting stopped by UK customs.

International Deliveries: We can deliver internationally, but this would need to be done directly through our sales staff by calling our store or emailing us with your request at sales@Jerseyinspired.com, providing the item code, phone number and a good time to contact you. Payment can be made over the phone or by bank transfer. Please see the requirements for your country relating to any VAT you may need to pay.

International postage depends on destination and weight; this can be confirmed by email once you have chosen what products you would like to purchase.

Claims: note that delivery time is estimated to us by the post office and may be subject to delays. We can not take responsibility for any postal delays. A claim for non-delivery of a tracked parcel can be made after 21 working days if no information about the parcel is available. Should you wish to have the items redelivered and the original parcel arrives, you must return the goods or pay for them.
