Jersey Ormer Shell Leather Bracelet ORLB-01

Our hand-cut and polished local Jersey Ormer shell is beautifully smooth, iridescent and rainbow-coloured. Jersey Ormer shell is unique to the Channel Islands.  This shell was used in the 18th & 19th centuries to make furniture and ornaments.   It is a local delicacy and can still be found in many households used as decorative pieces. 

Our Jersey Ormer shell grey leather bracelet is crafted using local hand-crafted Ormer shell, and the base metal is brass with heavy white steel plating for durability.  The Ormer shell measures 7mm with a 2mm clear crystal surround.
