Our hand-cut and polished local Jersey Ormer shell is beautifully smooth, iridescent and rainbow-coloured. Jersey Ormer shell is unique to the Channel Islands.  This shell was used in the 18th & 19th centuries to make furniture and ornaments.   It is a local delicacy and can still be found in many households used as decorative pieces. 

Our Jersey Ormer shell crystal flip-flop drop earrings are crafted from local hand-crafted Ormer shell and 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating for long-lasting shine. The strap has a 2mm crystal at the top and is adorned with 1mm crystals at the sides. The Ormer shell measures 9x18mm. Total drop length with the hook included: 34mm.
