Our hand-cut and polished local Jersey Ormer shell is beautifully smooth, iridescent and rainbow-coloured. Jersey Ormer shell is unique to the Channel Islands.  This shell was used in the 18th & 19th centuries to make furniture and ornaments. It is a local delicacy and can still be found in many households, used as decorative pieces. 

Our Jersey Ormer Island leather bracelet is crafted using local handcrafted Ormer shell set in brass with heavy steel plating for durability. Ormer shell measures 14 x 7mm. Island measures: 16 x 9mm Black leather bracelet length: 7 inches with a 1-inch extension chain.
