Jersey Red Squirrel Necklace – JRSN/01

A collection you will go nuts for. Our Jersey red squirrel necklace is crafted using 925 sterling silver and coated with rhodium for a longer-lasting shine. The acorn is made from local Jersey pink granite. The eyes and nose are coated with enamel to mimic the detail of our beloved red squirrel. The squirrel’s size is: height 20mm, width 19mm, depth 7mm. This design is 3D, adding extra detail from every angle of our bushy-tailed critter, making this a solid silver piece. The pendant is supplied on an 18-inch box chain. Designed in-house by Jennifer Velazco.

With Red squirrels on the brink of extinction in the mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Wales, did you know they are thriving in Jersey? These cute little critters are found in our lush countryside. You can spot them at St Catherine’s Woods, Val de la Mar, and Queens Valley. They also live in harmony with other wonderful species at Durrell Zoo.
