Jersey Red Squirrel Pendant 9ct Gold – JRSN/02

A collection you will go nuts for. Our Jersey red squirrel necklace is crafted using 9ct gold and,  the acorn is made from our iconic local Jersey pink granite. The eyes and nose are coated with enamel to mimic the detail of our beloved red squirrel. The squirrel’s size is: height 20mm, width 19mm, depth 7mm making this a weighty design.  This design is 3D, adding extra detail from every angle of our bushy-tailed critter, making this a solid gold piece. With Red squirrels on the brink of extinction in the mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Wales, did you know they are thriving in Jersey? These cute little critters are found in our lush countryside. You can spot them at St Catherine’s Woods, Val de la Mar, and Queens Valley. They also live in harmony with other wonderful species at Durrell Zoo.
